Common fixes
Payment completed but no access page appeared
Check that PayPal shows the payment as completed rather than pending. Then email support with the order reference. Do not make a second purchase unless support asks you to.
The download link has expired
The standard signed access link is designed to last 30 days. Email support with the completed order reference to request renewed access.
A ZIP file will not open

I changed my mind
